Ohio Division of Wildlife
I had the opportunity to create educational graphics and illustrations for the ODNR - Division of Wildlife.
The work I created includes illustrations and graphics used at the Ohio State Fair and Canfield Fair, and various printed projects ranging from small printed educational booklets and collectible prints, to large-scale posters.
The Ohio Division of Wildlife releases a yearly collectable legacy stamp that features native wildlife. A photo and painting from different Ohio artists are also featured. I created an oil painting of an Eastern Garter Snake to be used for the 2018 stamp.
A set of educational posters on Ohio’s beaver and bobcat populations I created for the Canfield Fair. Digitally painted in Photoshop with text and map/chart graphics created in Illustrator.
Video featuring an a scientific illustration I created of a woodpecker’s unique tongue. This illustration was also used at Ohio’s various metro parks, wildlife education events, and other social media platforms.
A large-scale poster and educational booklet I designed for the Wild Ohio Harvest Community initiative. I also created the one-color logo. This program helped promote hunting and fishing programs by emphasizing the “farm to table” concept.
Cover, Table of Contents, and some interior pages of an educational booklet about Ohio’s warblers created in InDesign.
